The complex is called «Hotel Los Campos» and it is a five-star service, which in addition to being prepared to receive all kinds of dogs, includes activities for them to interact and feel in a vacation colony. It is not fashion, it is a passion that María Florencia Lanza and her partner Federico Pita – owners of the hotel – found fifteen years ago when they ventured into the business.
“The concept was installed outside, but nothing was developed here, so we decided that guests have the natural life of a dog when outside, but when they enter they have their rooms,” details the owner.
The idea stands out from the traditional because it manages to please the basic needs that are part of the animal instinct and, in turn, the customs that come from home and are difficult to change. “We adapt to what the family says because each one educates the dogs as they want and in turn we aim to make them feel safe to leave their pets with us”
The Luxury Hotel has a work team made up of two veterinarians, two caregivers, a trainer and a hairdresser, in addition to the owners who are permanently in the place and who are in charge of taking photos, checking in with the relatives of the dogs and all expenses and income to the property.
